By booking time with us, you agree that you have read and understood our studio terms and conditions and agree to the following:

RATES. The studio rate will be specified at the time of booking each studio session. The studio session time will begin promptly at the booked session start time. For example, if you book your session to begin at 10:00 a.m. and you don’t arrive until 10:30 a.m., you will still be charged from 10:00 a.m. As a courtesy to you, the studio will be available ½ hour prior to the start of the session for any instrument load in and setup. Please arrange for this in advance with the studio manager.

DEPOSIT. 100% payment of the entire session is required upon booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY – Your deposit is non-refundable. If we receive your cancellation request at least 30 days before the start of a scheduled session, we will reschedule your session to another date based on availability. Cancellations as a result of adverse weather conditions such as snow or power outage will be rescheduled to another date based on availability. If you arrive more than 2 hours late for a recording session, we reserve the right to cancel the session.

PAYMENT - All fees (including additional fees incurred on the date of your session) must be paid in full at the end of your session. We will accept cash, major credit card or check. If payment is made by check, we will release materials when the check has cleared. No files or media will be released until the entire bill is paid.

NO REFUNDS. We do not issue refunds after a recording session has been performed or mixed mp3 or wav files have been delivered. Equipment rental services are also non-refundable.

SERVICES. We will provide studio time and the services of an in-house recording engineer for your studio session. Any additional services, such as, mixing, mastering, creating additional versions, stems and adding to or modifying tracks require additional fees.

CLEAN UP CHARGE. Large groups, parties and events may have a surcharge for clean up at our discretion. For all clients, additional charges may apply for tampering or changing sound system settings, trash left in rooms, and gear moved around.

MEDIA AND STORAGE - You are responsible to bring your own backup storage/drive to your session. We are not responsible for media left 30 days after the final session. Onsite hard drive storage of recording files will be maintained for one month after the final session. After that time, files may be permanently deleted.

DAMAGE TO STUDIO PROPERTY. You are responsible for any loss, harm, or damage to studio property by you, your employees, guests or agents.

THEFT WILL BE PROSECUTED. Unauthorized removal of studio property will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED. No smoking of any type is allowed on the premises.

TERMINATION. Disobedience of any of these terms and conditions by you or any of your employees, guests or agents will be grounds for removal from the premises, immediate termination of your session(s), and loss of future use of the studio. In the event we terminate your session(s) because you or any of your employees, guests or agents has violated our terms and conditions, there will be no refund to you.

FORCE MAJEURE. We are not responsible for any failure of the electricity, heat, plumbing, cable or internet, and we reserve the option to close the premises in the event that any system is lost for more than one half hour.

PHOTOS. You agree to allow your name, photographic image, and/or musical samples (and those of your employees, guests and agents) to be used on our website and/or for other promotional purposes.

RELEASE. We are not responsible for any damage or theft to your property that may occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, acting on behalf of yourself, your employees, guests and agents, you release us from any loss, harm or damage that may occur to any person in your party or to any property belonging to you.
